League of Michigan Bicyclists (LMB) Hosts 2008 Michigan Bicycle Summit on March 29 2008

Lmb_logo_25 League of Michigan Bicyclists (LMB) Hosts 2008 Michigan Bicycle Summit on March 29 2008.  It will run from 9am to 4pm with a full day of workshops on cycling advocacy and education.  The cost is $25 which includes lunch, but the bottom line is that your money will help this incredible organization for cyclists in Michigan.  Registration Form.

An amazing story that shows the power of kindness to all!  Leonid Stadnik's, from the Ukraine and the tallest man in the world, receives help from strangers to learn how to ride a bicycle.  At 8 feet 5 inches and 440 pounds life is not easy on him. Learning to ride a specially made bicycle was a thrill which reminded him of the kindness of people.
